Delivery Details

  • We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders across India.
  • A charge of 40Rs is applicable on COD orders.
  • International shipping is also available.
  • COD is available for a maximum order value of up to INR 2999/-. For orders exceeding INR 2999/, only prepaid orders are accepted. In some exceptions, we take half order on COD. For details, WhatsApp us.
  • We accept payments via Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, and Cash on Delivery.

Note: If a customer rejects the Cash on Delivery (COD) order, the system will automatically designate them for prepaid orders exclusively in the future.

Return Policy

  • Orders are eligible for return only when an incorrect or defective product has been delivered. Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product by sharing photos of any defect or incorrect product on WhatsApp at +91-9999777835. Any claims after 24 hours of delivery won’t be accepted.

Exchange Policy

  • In case you have ordered the wrong size for apparel you can request a size change within 24 hours of accepting the order by either emailing to [email protected] or sending a message on WhatsApp to +91-9999777835.
  • We provide offer Return Pick-Up services nationwide. It’s chargeable at Rs. 70 per item.
  • Or you can ship the product(s) back to us yourself at the following address. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Also, please inform us before shipping it back.

  • Exchange is allowed only for Pheran’s and Kurta’s.
  • Customized orders and merchandise do not have any exchange facility.
  • We can exchange only one item for size issue and exchange is allowed only once.
  • Once we receive the returned product(s) at our warehouse and our internal quality check has been carried out then, we will dispatch the new product/size as requested by the customer.
  • International orders are not eligible for return/exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered.
  • COD is not available for exchange orders.
